LGA was the first pitch we won when I started working at TU ink. It’s publication First focuses on local government topics, it is a real time news magazine and is created fortnightly. I worked closely with the fantastic editor and it quickly became one of my favourite projects to work on. I took great pride in making sure everything was spell checked and images correctly set up for print. I was in charge of the print proofing process too, and it was always an adrenaline rush! Especially if there were changes in government policy nearing the time to print, we can sometimes get whole pages pulled and re-written. A taste of what was to come while working at UK Labour…
